Three interfaces for the same tools
The Crafting Apps directory (opens in a new tab / 新窗口打开) describes a command-line interface, a JSON control channel and an MCP server for agents. These apply to the independent editors, which are separate from the ArtCraft AI studio.
A CLI can run scripted tasks; a JSON channel sends structured commands; MCP lets a compatible agent discover and invoke exposed tools. The available commands and setup depend on each application's release.
Examples in product documentation
FigCraft describes over 400 commands, WordCraft lists 389 and DeckCraft describes over 200. GridCraft says agents can drive menus and formulas. DesignCraft documents a JSON channel and MCP. These are official descriptions, not integrations tested by this Wiki.
Before running an automation
Open the relevant product page, follow its repository link and read the documentation for the installed version. Confirm executable names, connection settings and supported operations there; the marketing pages do not provide a universal configuration.
Try a disposable copy, inspect the output and retain editable originals. Do not assume a desktop installer alone configures MCP or gives an agent permission to modify files. See FigCraft collaboration for its separate shared-editing workflow.
A VectorCraft example
The VectorCraft product page (opens in a new tab / 新窗口打开) now includes a video of an agent drawing editable vector artwork through MCP. Follow the VectorCraft MCP guide for a suggested first task and the checks to make before connecting. The demo is official promotional material; it is not a Wiki integration test.
Launcher 0.8.1 and portable suites
The October 25 release (opens in a new tab / 新窗口打开) can keep settings inside a portable suite and check GitHub when a release feed is behind. It also fixes installation of ZIPs wrapped in a version folder. The Launcher still manages applications; it does not configure an MCP client for you.
Version 0.13.0 and Linux repositories
Launcher 0.13.0 (opens in a new tab / 新窗口打开) adds TextureCraft and a setting to hide community apps. Linux users can choose repositories or standalone packages; neither automatically configures an MCP client.
